Who we are

Talagang Medicine Home Delivery ("we") delivers medicines bought from licensed pharmacies in Islamabad and Rawalpindi to customers in Talagang District, Punjab, Pakistan. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Order details you send us, usually on WhatsApp: name, phone number, delivery address or location pin, and the person receiving the order.
• Health information: prescription photos, medicine names and any notes you share about the patient.
• Payment references such as a JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transaction ID. We don't receive or store card numbers.
• Website usage data: anonymous, aggregated page-view and performance statistics. If Google Analytics is enabled it may set cookies; you can block these in your browser.

The quick order form on our website does not store anything. It only prepares a WhatsApp message on your device, which you choose to send.

How we use it

• To check availability, quote prices and buy the medicines you ordered
• To deliver your order and keep you updated on WhatsApp
• To send refill reminders if you ask for them
• To keep the records we need for accounting and legal purposes

Who we share it with

Only with the licensed pharmacy filling your order (which needs the prescription to dispense) and the person delivering it. We never sell your information or use it for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records only as long as needed to complete your order, provide refills you have asked for, and meet legal and accounting obligations. After that we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop refill reminders, at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
