The service

Talagang Medicine Home Delivery buys medicines and medical supplies on your behalf from licensed pharmacies in Islamabad and Rawalpindi and delivers them to you in Talagang District. We are a delivery service, not a pharmacy, and we don't give medical advice.

Prescriptions

Prescription medicines are only supplied against a valid prescription from a qualified doctor. We may ask for a clearer or more recent prescription, and we may decline an order if we can't verify it. We never substitute a different brand or strength without your agreement.

Quotes and payment

• Before buying anything we send a quote with the exact items, the medicine price and the delivery fee.
• The medicine is charged exactly as on the original pharmacy bill. The delivery fee depends on your zone.
• Payment is in advance by JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank transfer. We start buying once payment is received.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by stock, weather, road conditions and other events outside our control. Please make sure someone is available at the address and that the phone number you gave us will be answered.

Checking your order

Please check the medicine name, strength, seal, expiry date and bill when the order arrives, and tell us straight away about anything wrong or damaged.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

• Cancel before we have bought the medicine and you get a full refund.
• If we deliver the wrong item, or it arrives damaged or expired, report it at delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
• For safety, medicines that have been delivered correctly can't usually be returned, and cold-chain medicines can never be returned once they leave our care.

Emergencies

We are not an emergency service. In a medical emergency call 1122 or go to the nearest hospital.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new orders. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Questions? Contact us.
